We offer residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to move-in/move-out cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and regular cleaning services.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

Booking: Services must be booked through our official channels, such as our website, phone, or email. A confirmation of booking will be sent to you.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and credit cards.

Deposits: For certain services, we may require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling should be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee of 75% of the booking price.
4. Client Responsibilities

Access: You are responsible for providing access to your property at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to access the property, a fee may be applied.

Safety: For safety reasons, we request that all valuables are secured before our arrival. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to unsecured valuables.

Hazardous Conditions: We reserve the right to refuse service in hazardous or unsafe conditions.
5. Our Commitment

Quality: We aim to provide high-quality cleaning services, as detailed in your booking.

Damage and Liability: We carry insurance to cover potential damages or accidents. In the event of accidental damage caused by our team, you must notify us within 24 hours to initiate a claim.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will address your concerns and, if deemed appropriate, offer a re-cleaning of the affected area.
6. Limitations of Liability

Loss or damage due to delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or other force majeure events.

Wear and tear of surfaces, fixtures, or equipment due to normal use of cleaning products and techniques.

Pre-existing conditions, damages, or stains that cannot be removed with normal cleaning methods.
